On Saturday, November 29, 2014, as part of the Shop the Neighbourhood event in downtown Burlington, Scrivener’s Men’s Apparel held a fundraising event in support of the Carpenter Hospice. For every Robert Graham shirt sold on that day, Scrivener’s donated $100 to the Carpenter Hospice.
Thanks to our great customers, Scrivener’s owners, Dan Bishop and Lou Frasca, presented a cheque to the Carpenter Hospice in the amount of $1,500.
“We have had a long relationship with the Carpenter Hospice.” said Dan, “We and many of our customers have been touched by the care and support the hospice has provided to loved ones in their final days. We feel fortunate to have such a wonderful facility in our community. It is important that we give back in any way possible.”
